Hello! We are a married couple from Long Beach looking to relocate to LA. This is a brief summary of who we are and what you can expect from us as renters.
Why we are moving.
We work in Playa Vista and Beverly Hills and are looking to live closer to work. We are seeking a pet-friendly 1-bedroom home in the surrounding area. Most importantly, we live quite a minimalist lifestyle with few possessions, and we take care of properties as if they're our own. Therefore, it's important to us that the homeowner cares for the property with the same level of care that we always do.
Our rent history is excellent.
We have rented 4 units throughout Long Beach over the past 10 years. We have excellent history with all of the homeowners, have never been late on payments (usually deliver checks months in advance), nor caused any damage to a property or been subject to an eviction or withheld deposit. We are clean, simple-living tenants who treat our unit like our own.

Who we are.
We have been married for 7 years and do not currently have any children. Ashley has been a freelance senior/executive digital producer for 10 years and is usually freelancing at advertising agencies in Playa Vista. Andrew has been an associate casting director for film and TV in Beverly Hills for 10 years working on projects like Django Unchained, True Detective, The Leftovers and Straight Outta Compton. We both have excellent credit (over 775-800+), and make a combined household income averaging above $200,000 annually.
We like to travel and hike in our free time.
Our dog.
We have an incredibly charming and well-behaved dog named Charley that we rescued 7 years ago. He is an 8-year-old, 20 pound Pomeranian mix who loves people and dogs, and is perfectly house-trained - no accidents ever. He goes with Andrew to work everyday and stays in boarding or with family when we go out of town. He's one happy pup.
